I'm sorry I haven't posted what I intended. I've been sick with a flu for ages. I've gone to the doctor to beg for antibiotics for my sinus infection, but the woman I got wouldn't listen, said that I had to have those symptoms for two weeks before they'd consider giving me antibiotics because my fever wasn't high enough. I said, it's not systemic, it's a sinus infection. I've had like, a hundred in my life, I think I'd know. But nooooo.
Sorry, rant over.
But anyway, I'm just super susceptible to stuff like this, with not being used to the cold, and the temperature variations, even in our own house, and the fact that I have like no immune system. Even cat hair could kill me, my immune system is the worst.
I'm so behind on my work. Well, no that's not exactly true. I'm miles away from any major deadlines, but I had my schedule, I worked it all out, drew up a calendar, everything! And I'm sooooo far behind that now. I've spent at least 5 solid days just sleeping off my fever. Now, I'm able to do some work, slowly, although, I tend to get dizzy or fall asleep. It's so frustrating. But if I'm not better by next Tuesday I'll have been sick long enough to go back to the doctor, say I waited, like you said, I'm even worse, can I have meds now? So, after that, at least, I should be able to get antibiotics and hopefully better.
Sorry for the long ramble. Maybe when I read this when I'm well it'll be a total mess, but for now, I'd better go to sleep. Good night!

The Bullet Ball (Rifle clubs from Newcastle and Durham and I think some from Edinburgh) was as Lumley Castle in Durham on Saturday night. It was lovely! I was in such a rush to get ready, I was still finishing my hair in the cab. It was a formal dinner and dancing, which was also supposed to have murder mystery, but by then everyone was just partying, I don't think anyone did what their cards said to, and only a few people per table even got cards. But, that didn't matter at all, I could honestly have spent even longer there, it was so much fun! I am glad we left though, because the bus home was like 45 minutes and then everyone wanted to go out to another bar or club or something. After about 10 minutes of that, in our tuxes and formal dresses, and a few of us, including Michael, wanted to go home. It was such a great night, really cheesy dance music a la wedding reception, pretty nice food, and very nice alcohol (I had a Glenmorangie whiskey, which was very nice and some good wine with dinner).
I'll post more about it later, with pictures, but I have a ton of reading to do for assignments, so I've got to cut it short. I'll update more soon! <3
Hugs! <3
